The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is a top 10 executive leadership training organization in the USA. With an international client base, CCL knew they needed to have a website that presented their work efficiently and helped communicate their purpose.

OBJECTIVE

CCL needed to restructure their content, optimize it for SEO, and tease out their research and innovation division to their own website. A tall order which we successfully helped them do. Their site structure had become confusing and overrun with content, and they were unable to understand what was working and what wasn’t. Their research and innovation division also wanted a separate micro site.

In-depth research into traffic patterns were used to inform an SEO strategy and new content structure. The innovation site was teased out, and made into a separate site. ZIV collaborated with the innovation/research team to redesign the innovation site and ensure research was structured in a way that it could be picked up in search.

With improved navigation and findability, the CCL site ranked better in search, as well as being easier to find information and explain what CCL does. ZIV designed the innovation website that created effective calls to action, curated content so that it was understandable and had good information flow. It showcased compelling stories that spoke to various stakeholders and provided a microsite that was readable by Google Scholar and allowed them to better engage with their innovation community.
