Using this information, ZIV refreshed the website using softer language designed to connect with consumers, images that helped the user picture themselves safe with Physical Home Defense’s products, and provided easy to understand information and installation instructions.

Social proof from consumer quotes also added to the validity of the product, letting users know their effectiveness, as well as offers from companies such as Lowes, who wanted to partner with PHD.
